We think privacy is important. Here is a brief explanation of how we view the Data Protection Regulation. As a digital agency we can get in touch with your personal data, but usually in a role as a personal data assistant. In this case, we process personal data to help our customers deliver their service. In order to make sure that we follow the rules and expectations that exist on us, we work actively to have a consultancy agreement between us and the personal data officers. However, if you visit our website, register our newsletters, apply for a job or work with us, we treat you as a personal data manager.

What information do we collect?

We only process the information we receive from our customers, or the information you give us yourself, for the purpose of delivering our services. We will only process your information for as long as it is required to fulfill our clients’ purposes or as long as we are required by law to do so. Your personal data will then be deleted.

Who do we store your information for?

Your information is only processed by interested persons with us, as well as by us subcontractors. We ensure that our subcontractors ensure that they comply with the same obligations we have by signing agreements with them, and on unannounced occasions make checks to ensure that they comply with what we have agreed upon. Information that is passed on to others is used only to provide the services we develop to our customers. We never disclose, sell or exchange your personal information for marketing purposes. What rights do you have?

You have the right at any time (once a year at no cost) to receive information about the personal data we process about you in the role of personal data manager. If your information is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request to have it corrected or deleted. We cannot delete your information in cases where there is a statutory requirement for storage, such as accounting rules or when there are other legitimate reasons why the data must be stored. In cases where we are a personal data assistant, we refer to the data controllers. If you are not sure who is responsible for your personal data, we will of course help you to find out. In order for us to help you with your rights, you need to contact us in writing. In order for us to find your personal information, and send it to you, we need your name, social security number, address, telephone number and e-mail address. Also specify the e-mail address you want the information sent to, as well as the password you want the compressed file to have. In order to ensure that it is only you who has access to the information we send, it is important that in addition to your signature, you also send with a copy of an approved identification document in your request. After sending out the registry extract, we will save your request for 12 months.
